Europe's largest high-alpine meadow - rolling pastures backed by the Sassolungo massif. One of the least strenuous big views in the Dolomites.

Access

Park at Panorama Alpe Siusi. Daytime car access to the plateau is restricted in summer (roughly 9am–5pm) without a lodging reservation - plan around that window or ride the cable car from Siusi/Seis.

Where I Slept

Camped in a patch of woods near the viewpoint. Technically inside Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park where wild camping isn't permitted. At your own risk.

The meadow is flat and easy - most of the classic angles are a short walk from the parking lots.
