Slept in a WWI bunker near Rifugio Auronzo. Inside Tre Cime Natural Park, where wild camping is officially prohibited. At your own risk.

The WWI tunnels and trenches (Gallerie del Monte Paterno) are still visible right along the main route - most people miss them, worth ducking in.
